BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)

As the Business Development Representative for HSTK, you’ll be instrumental in helping to grow our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with a passion for helping companies strengthen their digital footprints and solve challenges through technology. You will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and developing new sales opportunities and supporting the Go To Market (GTM) team with marketing and sales activities. We require excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified prospects, contact them and manage activities via HubSpot. Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to the proper stakeholders within the company.
  • Assist GTM team with writing Statement of Work agreements and other sales documentation.
  • Collaborating with Marketing for ongoing lead nurturing and campaign optimization
  • Help identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Own all prospecting processes and activities (inbound and outbound).
  • Help set and measure your weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity targets and goals.
  • Research assigned accounts to identify decision makers and influencers.
  • Create interest & demand for our products through outbound channels including phone, email, and social media outlets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in development role or a technical sales role
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of a growing tech company
  • Ability to quickly learn technology and speak with confidence about our service offerings
  • Process oriented, organized and customer centric
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Growth mindset with the drive to help implement and improve processes
  • Driven, self-starter with winning attitude
