SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Essential Functions
- Lead and drive complex deliverables across the team with empathy and urgency in order to deliver on-time, on-budget, and of exceptional quality
- Tackle project blocks and delays with the precision of a linebacker but the grace of a swan
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively both inside and outside of the organization
- Foster deep relationships so that you are the Go-To for the team and clients when issues or concerns arise
- Inspire a shared vision of mutual success
- Facilitate client workshops, internal and external project meetings, and escalation resolution
- Cool under pressure, problem solve and triage software issues for speedy resolution
- Identify and implement efficiencies in processes, tools, and communication so we can get better each and every day
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with at least 2+ years in technical project management
- Must possess broad knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
- Entry-level project management or SCRUM certification
- Amazing communication and organization skills for internal and external audiences
- Knowledge of SaaS-based systems and common web technologies
- Openness to working on new things and a level of comfort with occasional ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving abilities and solutions orientation
- Basic technical skills such as creating and running scripts, executing database queries, etc., preferred
- Basic experience with WordPress, preferred
